“Guest”, “You”, “Your” – refers to the individual or entity making a hotel booking.
“Hotel Supplier” – refers to hotels, resorts, or other accommodation providers.
“Services” – refers to hotel booking and related services provided by YeloHolidays.

Eligibility

To use our hotel booking services, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years of age;
Legally authorized to enter into binding agreements;
Providing truthful, complete, and accurate information when making bookings;
Booking on your own behalf, or for others with their authorization;
Responsible for any charges, penalties, or changes associated with your bookings.

Scope of Our Services

YeloHolidays acts as an intermediary between you and Hotel Suppliers. When you make a hotel booking, you authorize us and/or our affiliates to process reservations and payments on your behalf. We do not own or operate hotels, and their terms and conditions will also apply to your booking.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

Provide accurate booking details (name, check-in/check-out dates, room preferences, contact info, etc.);
Review and comply with hotel-specific rules (e.g., check-in/check-out times, cancellation policies, extra charges);
Ensure that your payment information is valid and authorized;
Contact us promptly in case of errors, cancellations, or changes.

Bookings & Payments

All prices displayed are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Final charges will be shown before confirming your booking. By confirming, you authorize YeloHolidays to process payments via your selected method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Some bookings may require verification of your payment method. If verification fails, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to each Hotel Supplier’s policies (e.g., hotel cancellation deadlines, non-refundable rates).
Service fees charged by YeloHolidays are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the hotel, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist in the process.
Some bookings (e.g., promotional rates, non-refundable rooms) may be non-refundable.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as per the hotel’s policy.

Hotel Policies & Requirements

Check-in/check-out times, occupancy rules, and additional charges (e.g., extra beds, minibar) are determined by the hotel. We recommend reviewing the hotel’s policies before booking.

It is your responsibility to provide valid identification and payment at check-in. YeloHolidays is not liable for denied accommodation due to missing or invalid documentation.

Liability Disclaimer

YeloHolidays provides booking services but does not guarantee the performance of Hotel Suppliers. We are not liable for:

Changes, cancellations, or closures made by hotels;
Losses, damages, or accidents during your stay;
Errors or omissions in hotel-provided information;
Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., website downtime).

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks, belongs to YeloHolidays or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless YeloHolidays, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Washington State, USA.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
